HM Land Registry portal: change contact details and default VDD accounts

How Business e-services customers can change their contact method and default Variable Direct Debit accounts.

  1. Select 鈥楢dministrative services鈥�.
  2. Select 鈥楶ersonal details鈥�.
  3. Select 鈥楥hange contact method鈥� to change your preferred contact method.
  4. Select 鈥楥hange default Variable Direct Debit (VDD) account鈥� to change your Variable Direct Debit (VDD) options.

Change contact method

  1. Choose your preferred contact method: * Postal * Electronic * Telephone - landline
  2. Select 鈥楽ave鈥�.

A message confirms that the changes have been made.

Change Default VDD Account

Select the VDD account number you wish to set as your default from the dropdown menu. Select 鈥楽ave鈥�. The VDD account must be one of those allocated to you by your administrator.

To view or change your other user details, select the 鈥楻eturn to personal details鈥� link on the right hand side.

Logout

When you have completed your tasks, select 鈥楲ogout鈥� at the top of the screen to exit the system securely.
