Mae鈥檙 cynllun Hyderus o Ran Anabledd yn cefnogi cyflogwyr i wneud y mwyaf o鈥檙 talentau y gall pobl anabl eu cynnig i鈥檙 gweithle. Mae bod yn Hyderus o Ran Anabledd yn gyfle i gyflogwyr arwain y ffordd yn eu cymuned ac i ddarganfod sgiliau a thalentau na allant wneud hebddynt. Gall helpu鈥檆h holl bobl i gyflawni eu potensial a chyfrannu鈥檔 llawn at lwyddiant eich t卯m.
Mae鈥檙 cynllun yn wirfoddol ac mae mynediad at y canllawiau, hunanasesiadau ac adnoddau yn rhad ac am ddim.
Mae鈥檙 3 lefel wedi鈥檜 cynllunio i鈥檆h cefnogi ar eich taith Hyderus o Ran Anabledd. Rhaid i chi gwblhau pob lefel cyn symud ymlaen i鈥檙 nesaf.
