Our mission
The UK aims to advance Georgia鈥檚 Euro-Atlantic integration through close defence and security cooperation and support for democratic reforms. We contribute to efforts aimed at the peaceful resolution of Georgia鈥檚 existing conflicts and the restoration of Georgia鈥檚 territorial integrity.聽
We support closer business and trade ties between UK and Georgian businesses. Through the work of the British Council in Georgia, we offer English language teaching and provide internationally recognised examination services. We also promote UK education and support the culture and creative industry sectors. 聽
Our work covers wide range of areas, including democratisation, institutional reforms, defence and security and cyber security.聽We聽offer consular services to British nationals living in or visiting Georgia.
