Details

The 10th annual report on the Export of Objects of Cultural Interest by the Reviewing Committee on the Export of Works of Art and Objects of Cultural Interest.

Between 1 May 2013 and 30 April 2014, 29 items were considered by the Reviewing Committee. 22 cases were deferred by the Secretary of State following the recommendation of the Committee.

Eight items were bought by public institutions including Jane Austen鈥檚 gold and gem-set ring and a self portrait by Sir Anthony Van Dyck.
