If you have a judgement and the defendant has not paid, this guidance explains how to apply for a:
- third party debt order 鈥� an order of the court that freezes money that might otherwise be paid to you after a judgement
- charging order 鈥� when the court places a 鈥榗harge鈥� on the debtor鈥檚 property, such as a house or piece of land, of the amount you are owed
