The guidance covered the following aspects of using non woven geotextiles in landfill engineering:

  • material properties
  • design testing
  • CE marking & Manufacturer鈥檚 quality control (MQC)
  • handling and installation issues
  • construction quality assurance (CQA)
  • validation reports

This guidance did not cover woven geotextiles, as they are not commonly used as protectors.
