Added that LFE 7, LFE 9 and LFE 10 have been withdrawn, as they have been replaced by Industry Code of Practice documents hosted by the Environmental Services Association.

Removed the 'Stability Risk Assessment report template' which we've replaced with 'How to do a stability risk assessment: landfill sites for inert waste or deposit for recovery activities' and 'Hydrogeological risk assessment for landfills: 4 yearly review template' which we've replaced with 'Review your hydrogeological risk assessment'. Both are now part of 'Landfill operators: environmental permits.'
