The first UK Commission for Employment and Skills (UKCES) youth report. Drawing upon UKCES鈥� comprehensive labour market surveys and extensive interviews with stakeholders, the Youth Inquiry provides insight into the challenge of youth unemployment. In particular, the report looks in to:

  • the geography of youth employment
  • employers鈥� experiences with government support to recruit young people
  • what works from the employer perspective in recruiting young people
