This is a report on the Waiting Days (Jobseeker鈥檚 Allowance and Employment and Support Allowance) (Waiting Days) Amendment Regulations 2014 (S.I. 2014 No. 2309) by the Social Security Advisory Committee (SSAC).

This paper was laid before Parliament in response to a legislative requirement.

SSAC also published a consultation on these regulations. During the consultation, these regulations were known as the Social Security (Waiting Days) Amendment Regulations 2014.
