Details
The construction framework supports the school building programmes and is also available for schools, local authorities, and other government departments to use for their own projects.
The framework is split into 3 value bands, and each value band into regions:
- high value band (拢12m+) 鈥� 2 regions
- medium value band (拢6m to 拢12m) 鈥� 8 regions
- low value band (拢0.5m to 拢6m) 鈥� 12 regions
The framework launched on 30 November 2021 and will operate for a period of up to 4 years.
A list of the 26 contractors who have won places on our framework is available in Appendix D.
Standard framework documents for using the construction framework will be made available to framework users following signature of the access agreement.
