This direction requires the council to continue to co-operate with the commissioner appointed by the Secretary of State for Education.
It follows:
- 补苍听聽of Herefordshire Council local authority children鈥檚 services published 21 September 2022 that judged services to be inadequate across all sub judgements
- independent reports聽from the Secretary of State鈥檚 Commissioner for Herefordshire Children Services
This direction replaces the聽Revised direction issued to Herefordshire Council in March 2023.
