An independent report by Nick Whitfield, the Children鈥檚 Services Commissioner, which recommends that services are removed from the council鈥檚 control and an alternative delivery model is established.
This follows a report by that judged the overall effectiveness of those services to be inadequate.
DfE issued a revised statutory direction to Reading in September 2017.
