Details
The Secretary of State for Education announced his intention to review the funding formula for post-16 learning in the 鈥�16 to 19 funding statement鈥�, published in December 2010. Prior to the development of the new funding formula, a public consultation ran from October 2011 to January 2012.
At the beginning of July 2012, as part of the government鈥檚 response to Professor Alison Wolf鈥檚 review of vocational education, the Secretary of State announced the new funding formula for 16 to 19 year olds in education and training.
