  5. Rule 93(x) and Schedule 4 鈥� Form MM restriction amended as a result of The Care and Support (Charging) (Wales) and Land Registration Rules (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2020.

  6. Rules updated as a result of the Church Property Measure 2018.

  7. Rules 95, 183A and Schedule 4 (Form X and KK restrictions) amended by The Regulation of Registered Social Landlords (Wales) Act 2018 (Consequential Amendments) Regulations 2018, article 4 with effect from 15 August 2018.

  8. Rules updated: new rule 184A on housing administration orders, coming into force today.

  9. These Rules were updated on 6 April 2018 to incorporate the Land Registration (Amendment) Rules 2018.

  10. Rule 171 amended as a result of The Insolvency Amendment (EU 2015/848) Regulations 2017.

  11. Changes to Rule 183A and Schedule 4 as a result of The Housing and Planning Act 2016 (Consequential Provisions) (England) Regulations 2017.

  12. Schedule 1, Form CIT, and Schedule 5 amended as a result of The Secretaries of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, for International Trade and for Exiting the European Union and the Transfer of Functions (Education and Skills) Order 2016, with effect from 9 November 2016.

  13. Update of rules 93, 165-167, 217 and Schedule 4 due to changes of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014 (Consequential Amendments) (Secondary Legislation) Regulations 2016 and the Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Act 2015 (Consequential Amendments) Regulations 2016.
