The 2018 survey is HMRC鈥檚 tenth annual Civil Service People Survey.

HMRC鈥檚 employee engagement index has decreased by 1% to 49%. This places us 13% points away from the 62% Civil Service benchmark.

The response rate for this year was 64%.
