Details

The 2017 survey is HMRC鈥檚 ninth annual Civil Service People Survey.

HMRC鈥檚 employee engagement index has increased by 3% to 50%, its highest point ever and with positive improvements in eight out of nine engagement drivers. The increase places us 11% points away from the 61% Civil Service benchmark. The response rate for this year was 67%.
