Form SD1: Demand immediate payment of a debt from a limited company ('statutory demand')

If a limited company owes you money, you can use Form SD1 (a ‘statutory demand�) to demand payment within 21 days.

Details

Someone who is owed money (a ‘creditor�) can use this form (called a ‘statutory demand�) to ask for payment of a debt from a limited company within 21 days.

The creditor would then give (‘serve�) the completed form to the limited company who owes them the money (the ‘debtor�).
