If someone owes you money, you can use this form (a 鈥榮tatutory demand鈥�) to demand payment within 21 days.

Someone who is owed money (a 鈥榗reditor鈥�) can use this form (called a 鈥榮tatutory demand鈥�) to ask for payment of a debt a within 21 days.

The creditor would then give (鈥榮erve鈥�) the completed form to the person or organisation who owes the money (the 鈥榙ebtor鈥�).
