Form to access a Court Funds Office account to deal with the estate of someone who's passed away, where the estate is worth 拢5,000 or more.

Details
Include a certified copy of the death certificate and a sealed copy of the grant of representation.
The form should also be signed by any other personal representatives.
You must sign the form in front of a witness, unless you鈥檙e a solicitor.
Include a sell or transfer securities form (CFO SST1) if there are any securities in the account.
