Court funds: declaration of nearest of kin
Form to access a Court Funds Office account to deal with the estate of someone who's passed away, where the estate is worth under 拢5,000.

Details
Include a certified copy of the death certificate and the will, if they left one.
The declaration needs to be signed and witnessed by a commissioner for oaths, lawyer, magistrate, judge or court official.
If there are other beneficiaries then you must include a letter of consent signed, dated and witnessed by them.
You must also complete a sell or transfer securities form (CFO SST1) if there are any securities in the account.
