Rt Hon Angela Rayner MP, Deputy Leader of the Labour Party and Shadow Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster, wrote to Lord Evans regarding the upcoming Opposition Day Motion, where they will be urging Members of the House to 鈥渧ote in favour of endorsing and urgently enacting the recommendations鈥� in the Committee鈥檚 recent report, .

This was on the back of the government鈥檚 policy statement on the Ministerial Code and the Independent Adviser on Ministers鈥� Interests, and our recent correspondence with Lord True on the Ministerial Code.
