Use this form if your confirmation date is 4 March 2024 or earlier, to confirm that your limited liability partnership (LLP) details are up to date.

The confirmation statement confirms that the LLP details are up to date on the public Companies House register. It costs 拢62 to file your confirmation statement on paper.
You can only file this form if your LLP鈥檚 confirmation date (made up date) is between 30 June 2016 and 4 March 2024.
If your LLP鈥檚 confirmation date is 5 March 2024 or later, you鈥檒l need to use the聽new version of form CS01.
Restoring an LLP
If you鈥檙e restoring an LLP to the register, you must put the statement date that was due before it was struck off. If you鈥檙e not sure of the correct date, contact Companies House before completing your confirmation statement.
