This form confirms that the LLP details are up to date on the public Companies House register. It costs 拢62 to file your confirmation statement on paper.
You can only file this form if your LLP鈥檚 confirmation date (made up date) is between 30 June 2016 and 4 March 2024.
If your LLP鈥檚 confirmation date is 4 March 2024 or earlier, you鈥檒l need to use the聽previous version of form LL CS01.

Restoring an LLP
