Mae ein polisi hunaniaeth cyfredol yn caniat谩u ichi ddefnyddio鈥檙 ffurflen hon os ydych yn unigolyn ac nad oes modd i drawsgludwr sy鈥檔 ymarfer, er enghraifft cyfreithiwr, gadarnhau eich hunaniaeth ac rydych yn anfon un o鈥檙 ffurflenni canlynol i Gofrestrfa Tir EF. Os oes modd i drawsgludwr gadarnhau eich hunaniaeth, llenwch ffurflen ID1. Ni ellir defnyddio鈥檙 ffurflen hon oni bai bod gennych chi a鈥檙 person sy鈥檔 cadarnhau eich hunaniaeth basbort llawn yn y DU a bod y cadarnh盲wr wedi eich adnabod am o leiaf blwyddyn.

We have amended the guidance notes in the form to include a link to our Personal Information Charter which highlights how we deal with people鈥檚 personal data.

Section 2.1 has been amended as we require the name of the regulatory body to be named. The guidance has been amended to clarify that any change or variation of name should accompany the form.

Amendments have been made following a review of our policy regarding the authorised professions of those who are able to verify identity using form ID3. We have also removed the ability for authorised professionals to verify identity by video.

We have amended the form as we have decided to continue with the practice we introduced in May 2020 as a result of coronavirus (COVID-19).

We have amended the guidance notes in the form to (a) cross refer to practice guide 67A, and (b) clarify that identity can be verified by a person who has retired but worked in one of the stated professions before they retired.

We have clarified that, where verification is made by way of a video call, the required screenshot must be in colour. Also we have clarified that we will accept a Channel Islands or Isle of Man passport to verify identity.

We have added a guidance note to clarify that where the verifier verifies the identity of more than one person, they must provide each person with a copy of their personal details page.

We've amended the guidance notes in the form to confirm that the parties involved in a transaction cannot verify each other鈥檚 identity. The verifier must be independent of the transaction to be registered.
