BAA's supply of airport services undertakings

These undertakings require the signatories to annually publish a segmental analysis and to consult users of Aberdeen Airport about its capital expenditure plans.

These undertakings were given under the market investigations provisions of the Enterprise Act 2002. They require the signatories to publish audited accounts and a segmental analysis on a depreciated replacement cost basis for Aberdeen Airport, and to consult at least annually with Aberdeen Airport users and other relevant stakeholders regarding its expected capital expenditure programme.聽
