Publication scheme
This publication scheme specifies the categories of information that DBT and its agencies regularly publish and explains how to get that information.
The Freedom of Information (FOI) Act encourages public authorities to make information available to the public wherever possible. The Department for Business and Trade (DBT) does this by publishing the data that people need to understand who we are, what we spend and what we achieve.
Under the act, we are required to adopt a publication scheme that contains information we make available, and ensure that all published information is in accordance with the scheme. Available information is grouped under the following 鈥榗lasses of information鈥.
If the information you need is not available, you can聽make a request for it聽under the Freedom of Information Act.
