This consultation invites views on the revised approved code of practice L5: 鈥楾he control of substances hazardous to health鈥�. The approved code of practice has been revised in response to Professor L枚fstedt鈥檚 independent review of health and safety legislation 鈥楻eclaiming health and safety for all鈥�. The consultation aims to establish if the changes make it easier for employers to understand and meet their legal obligations.
