British Embassy N'Djamena
The British Embassy in N鈥橠jamena maintains and develops relations between the UK and Chad.
We work closely with diplomatic partners, the UN (including on the UN Security Council) and other agencies to support Chad鈥檚 development through its transition back to civilian government. Our other priorities are to provide life-saving humanitarian assistance, empower women and girls, stabilise areas affected by violent extremism in the Lake Chad Basin, and help Chad adapt to climate change. We also engage with the Chadian government on regional issues, including development, security and counter-terrorism.
