By a reference notice dated 25th September, 2002 the Applicant, Mr Cox referred to the Tribunal a Decision Notice of the Financial Services Authority (鈥淔SA鈥�). This decision refused the application dated 10th April, 2002 by George Baker (Life) (鈥淕BL鈥�) for approval of the Applicant by the FSA, as required by Section 60 of the Act, to perform the controlled function of investment adviser with GBL.
