About Veterans鈥� Growth

Veterans鈥� Growth works to preserve and protect the mental health of military veterans, their families and the wider community, primarily through the provision of horticultural therapy services.

Their courses include one-to-one sessions and group work, and aim to reduce participants鈥� levels of stress, anxiety, depression and isolation.
