Abstract

Partnership for African Social and Governance Research (PASGR), in partnership with the International Development Research Centre (IDRC) is launching three-country case studies (Ethiopia, Kenya and Nigeria) on wage employment creation schemes in agriculture and agro- manufacturing sectors in the context of inclusive growth in Africa. The study proposes to use 鈥榩olitical economy鈥� and 鈥榩olitical settlements鈥� as the governance analytical lens. This report sets out the background, objectives, outline and expected outcomes of the project.
