Abstract

This insight note highlights some implications for action that emerged from a recent RISE synthesis of a set of studies of the political economy of education policy adoption. The results suggest some 鈥榞ood fit鈥� soft governance entry points for improving learning outcomes across a variety of different political and institutional contexts.
