Abstract

In response to growing recognition of the energy crisis affecting Africa, DFID have been investigating what the current status of regional infrastructure is. Evidence on Demand was requested by DFID to provide a senior expert to undertake a peer review of a draft internal paper on regional power infrastructure in Africa in order to further inform DFID鈥檚 future thinking in this area.
