Abstract

TDR has developed a train-the-trainer programme to support the wide dissemination of research project management skills in developing countries. The train-the-trainer programme is an integral part of the TDR 鈥淧lanning for success鈥� initiative allowing local training and fostering local ownership. The four day train-the-trainer course aims to strengthen presentation, communication and training skills of future trainers. It simulates the skill-building course for Effective Project Planning and Evaluation and provides opportunity for future trainers to practice their facilitation skills.
