Abstract

This presentation describes two ongoing economic studies in Gedaref State, Sudan, aiming to estimate the economic burden of visceral leishmaniasis (VL) on affected households, and the cost and cost鈥恊ffectiveness of different treatments for VL with a particular focus on combination therapies.
