Abstract

CLP aims to improve the livelihoods, incomes and food security of over one million extreme-poor and vulnerable people by 2016. The second phase of CLP (CLP-2) will run from 2010 to 2016. In this time, a total of 78,000 extreme-poor households will receive CLP鈥檚 core package of support for a period of 18 months. Key to CLP鈥檚 objective is to improve household livelihoods in a sustainable way, so that participants and their families do not fall back into extreme poverty. The objective of this report is to assess the impact of CLP鈥檚 interventions on household livelihoods.
