Abstract

The Chars Livelihoods Programme (CLP) recognises the inextricable link that exists between empowerment and poverty reduction. The shows that women and adolescent girls are often the most vulnerable members of society. This briefing summarises empowerment status of different groups out of CLP core households, based on the longer report.
