Abstract

This note is intended to assist country offices in preparing the health components of their funding proposals.

The 5 step process involves:

(1)聽聽聽 Identifying need and setting the context.

(2)聽聽聽 Defining the offer: what interventions are you proposing?

(3)聽聽聽 Identifying the results - develop the results chain and identify what results might be expected from the inputs proposed.

(4)聽聽聽 Identifying the costs.

(5)聽聽聽 Assess value for money and the evidence that the interventions and results proposed are credible and measureable.
