Abstract

This Insight Note uses the RISE Education Systems Framework as a useful approach for characterising the key actors and interactions in the education system,聽 thinking through how these interactions produce systems outcomes,聽and identifying ways to intervene that can shift the system towards better聽 outcomes to address the learning crisis.
