Abstract

This activity uses Makutano Junction and UK soap operas to explore both the meaning of 鈥渟tereotype鈥� and some of the possible effects of stereotyping. The webpage for the activity includes a document giving notes for UK teachers on how to conduct the classroom activity, and links to streaming and downloadable video clips from Makutano Junction.
