Replace a lost, stolen or damaged Blue Badge
Request a Blue Badge to replace one that鈥檚 been lost, stolen or damaged. You can request it for yourself or someone else.
A replacement badge is valid until the expiry date of the original badge. Some councils may charge for replacing a badge.
If your badge is due to expire in less than 3 months, you need to reapply instead.

To replace the Blue Badge you鈥檒l need:
- your personal details
- your National Insurance number, if you have one
- the existing badge number, if you know it
If the badge has been stolen you will also need a crime reference number.
