Replace a lost or stolen motorcycle CBT certificate
You can get a replacement motorcycle compulsory basic training (CBT) certificate from the training school where you took your CBT course.
If you completed the course more than 2 years ago, you鈥檒l need to take another CBT course to get a new certificate.
If your certificate has been stolen, tell the police as well.
Request a replacement from your motorcycle training school
Contact the motorcycle training school where you took your CBT course to request a replacement. They can charge you up to 拢20.
Find the name and contact details for motorcycle training schools.听
You need to give them:
- your name as it appears on your driving licence聽
- your driving licence number聽
- the date you completed your CBT 肠辞耻谤蝉别听
- your telephone number, so the training school can contact you to pay for the replacement聽聽
If they do not get back to you, .听
If the training school has closed down

- the name of the training school you used
- the address where you took the course
- the date you took the course
- a debit or credit card to pay the 拢20 fee
- your driving licence number
If you do not know the name and address of the training school
DVSA cannot give you a replacement certificate. You鈥檒l need to take another CBT course.
