Summary

Article 7 of Decree of 29 December 1997: In order to be entitled to the controlled designation of origin 鈥淩ivesaltes鈥� completed with the mention 鈥渢uil茅鈥�, red wines must have grown on the property in an oxidising environment up to 1 September of the second year following the year of the crop.
