Palo Cortado

Summary
Liqueur wine (vino generoso) of 鈥淛erez-X茅r猫s-Sherry鈥� and 鈥淢ontilla Moriles鈥� whose organoleptic characteristics consists of the aroma of an amontillado and palate and colour similar to those of an oloroso, and with an acquired alcoholic strength between 16 and 22 percent. Aged in two phases: the first biological, under a film of 鈥渇lor鈥�, and the second oxidative.
