Summary

Wines belonging to the category of ‘appellation d’origine contrôlée� or ‘appellation d’origine de qualité supérieure� wines and comply additionally with the following requirements: � they are produced of grapes left in the sun or shade, � they are produced without enrichment, � have a natural alcoholic strength of at least 17% vol (or 300 grams of sugar per litre).
