Summary
Similar to the DOC definition except that the word 鈥榞arantita鈥� is added. Can be applied to wines of particularly high quality that have been recognised as DOC wines for at least five years and are marketed in containers of not more than 5 litres bearing the Italian State marking, to provide a better guarantee for consumers.
