Summary

Article 7 of Decree of 29 December 1997: PDO 鈥楻ivesaltes鈥�: in order to be entitled to the controlled designation of origin 鈥淩ivesaltes鈥� completed with the mention 鈥渁mbr茅鈥�, white wines must have grown on the property in an oxidising environment up to 1 September of the second year following the year of the crop.
