Hazard
This product poses a serious risk of internal injuries. Small detachable magnets in toys are not permitted to have a flux index of more than 50 kG2mm虏. In this case, the metal tips of the darts which held the magnets were threaded and screwed onto the plastic shafts but were easily detachable and would fit into a truncated cylinder for small parts. The magnets were found to be too powerful, with a flux index in excess of 600 kG2mm虏.
This product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
Corrective action
Destruction of the product at the border.
