Meaning of 'relevant shipping profits'
A company鈥檚 鈥榬elevant shipping profits鈥� consist of
听
- its 鈥榬elevant shipping income鈥� (see TTM06020听onwards), and
- any chargeable gains which would arise under the normal chargeable gains rules, but which are excluded from the charge to tax by the provisions of FA00/SCH22/PART8,听see TTM08001听onwards.
