  • in the ‘IY S17 Noticeâ€ field, select the ‘Not Served Applicant 1â€ checkbox and/or ‘Not Served Applicant 2â€ checkbox. Mark the original declaration as ‘Not Servedâ€. If declarations were issued out to both applicants you will need to mark both applicants as ‘Not Servedâ€
  • use the reason in the drop down menu as ‘IYS17 Not Receivedâ€
  • enter the date of issue in the ‘Manual IYS17 noticeâ€ box at the bottom of the screen
  • enter a tick in Applicant 1 in a single claim or in both Applicant 1 and Applicant 2 in a joint claim
  • select ‘OKâ€. Check that the IYSD has changed to 30 days from today’s date. If the date has not changed then calculate 30 days from today’s date and enter this in the IYSD field.
